I am very good and going through some challenges, some changes right now. It is actually really good. I have expanded energy, I feel like I am in love most of the time, I'm finding my conscious/healing career, it's all good. I think I need some guidance. Maybe it's just adjusting to this new energy level. Or what? Please send me your healing light or love energy. I would appreciate it.

Re: I just need some healing light right now...

"Your thoughts create your reality, so pay attention to any limited thinking. Learn to stop listening to those thoughts that tell you that you can't have what you want. You need to be observant to catch them when they come up, for you do not want them sliding by unnoticed. Is there something you are speaking of or thinking will be a struggle for you? Stop for a moment and imagine it working easily and well. What you picture is what you create, so picture the best outcome you can imagine."

You can give yourself some purifying white light by practicing the mantra of White Tara.
Mon, July 20, 2009 - 2:44 PM
Hi Ashleigh.
You can give yourself some purifying white light by practicing the mantra of White Tara.
OM TARE TUTTARE TURE MA ME AYU PUNYA JNANA PUSTIM KURU SVAHA
Tara is both a Hindu and Buddhist goddess.
The mantra includes the following words
MA ME = to me
AYU = life
PUNYA = merit
JNANA = primordial pure awareness
PUSTIM = nourishment.
KURU = make it so
You can find lots of information on White Tara online, and books are available at Snow Lion Publications, which you can search online.
Best,
KT
I have the following book. It is excellent.
"Skillful Grace: Tara Practice for Our Time" (Paperback)
by Marcia Binder Schmidt (Author), Erik Pema Kunsang (Author)
Editorial Reviews
Product Description
Tara is one of the most inspiring of Buddhist deities, embodying the most compelling and vital qualities of the feminine: beauty, grace, and the ability to nurture, care for, and protect. This complex goddess, whose practice transcends sect and class, is also a true warrior, vanquishing fear and ignorance–in a sense the earliest known incarnation of Buddhist feminism. Skillful Grace is an elegant introduction to practice and meditation techniques based on the Vajrayana path.
The book is divided into three main sections. The first contains the basic text of Tara practice, The Essential Instruction on the Threefold Excellence, which connects the seeker to the profound essence of Tara as revealed by Chokgyur Lingpa. The other two sections feature enlightening commentaries on the text by Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche, Jamgön Kongtrül, and Adeu Rinpoche.
Skillful Grace includes all the preliminaries of Tara practice, as well as its main part and the subsequent yogas. Tara Bennett Goleman’s foreword, Marcia Schmidt’s introduction, and various appendixes and footnotes add useful context.
About the Author
Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche (1921—1996) was among Tibetan Buddhism’s greatest 20th-century masters. Adeu Rinpoche lives at the Tsechu Monastery in Tibet. Erik Pema Kunsang is a highly regarded translator. He and his wife Marcia Schmidt own Rangjung Yeshe Publications and live in Mendocino, CA. Tara Bennett Goleman is the author of the bestselling Emotional Alchemy and lives in MA.
