I am out of the USA (HOME) have been for 6 months now and am experiencing homesickness and HUGE Culture shock..my life force has weakened...and I need to stregthen it so I can visit HOME. I would apreiate any advice and tribe messages on this subject.
I am sure there are very spiritual people here in Stockholm Sweden..but I have not met any. I feel isolated sometimes with only computer pals for contact..no real suportive family back home..so drop me a line or give me some advice PLEASE!

On of the things I do when I feel home sick is to spend time by myself remebering all the things I love about my home, the ppl that live there, my relatives etc.. I take time out to cry to hug myself to accept and go on knowing that no matter where I am, its only temporary.
The other thing I do is to find and list 10 things about the place where I am that is good and memorable. What difference is there with the culture there verses where you live. What part of the US are you from? North, East, South or West? It makes a difference in the culture as well. If you are from California and visit Texas.. there's a hugh culture difference even tho we are all Americans..
What do you find about Sweden that you like (besides the watches LOL )
