. . . And he is giving a large cycle of tantric transmissions and retreats this January through June, in San Francisco East Bay and at his home center in Watsonville ( down the coast from San Francisco ).
Tantra means magic and yoga, in this case in the definite context of Buddhist ethics and practice. ( I provide context and substantial information on these below. )

These tantric practices are mainly focused on the lineage of Guru Padmasambhava i.e. the Nyingma school, and lead towards or incorporate the central Awareness Yoga known as Dzogchen, the Great Perfection. To do any of these practices, personal initiation is required. That is why the teacher is of central importance.

Lama Tharchin Rinpoche is a teacher of Buddhist tantra, extremely gentle and open, yet also profound and powerful. I first began taking teachings and transmissions from him in the early 1980s. This is one of my most favorite people on the entire planet. Just to see him brings real gladness to one's heart, just to remember him is greatly comforting. Please note that I do not represent him in any official sense.

I use texts and practices from his fellowship, the Vajrayana Foundation, which principally focuses on the lineage transmissions of HH Dudjom Rinpoche. HH Dujom Rinpoche was a profound Nyingma lineage holder whose efforts were of central importance in saving major parts of the Buddhist tantra during the destruction of Buddhist Tibet by the Chinese. HH Dudjom Rinpoche trained and authorized Lama Tharchin as a vajra master. Lama Tharchin can train westerners to become full fledged tantric Buddhist gurus - on a basic but functional level - in the Nyingma lineage of Guru Padmasambhava.

'Dzokchen, the Great Perfection, is the quintessence of the tantric paths to Buddhahood. This book contains the translation of four Dzokchen texts belonging to the Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism. These sacred revealed texts, never before freely available, provide inspiration and instruction for the Dzokchen aspirant. The Flight of the Garuda, which gives the collection its title, written by Shabkar Lama in the nineteenth century, comprises a series of twenty-three songs designed to inspire and instruct the yogin practising Dzokchen trekcho meditation. Secret Instruction in a Garland of Vision is one of three texts said to have been written by Padma Sambhava, Tibet's great Guru, himself, who visited Tibet in the eighth century. It belongs to the lam rim genre, a stage--by--stage description of the path to Buddhahood. An extract from Emptying the Depths of Hell, revealed by Guru Chowong in the thirteenth century, provides a Dzokchen confessional liturgy, and The Wish-Granting Prayer of Kuntu Zangpo, revealed by Rikdzin Godemchan in the fourteenth century as part of an extensive Dzokchen tantra, is a prayer for attainment of the Dzokchen goal.'

What is going on here?

I feel people's energies acutely , sometimes to the point of just being overwhelmed . So there's that. I have always felt that I needed to be with a person whose energy was really light and airy or I would feel weighted down by them. Other people's emotional baggage feels really heavy to me.
I have some of my own emotional baggage to deal with too of course so I do and I feel pretty light these days in general.
I was talking to an energy worker and she was saying that in her experience Tibetian monks has a kind of lightness that must come from meditation. I really want to learn about different energy styles and how to relate to different people with different styles well. I almost can't stand lots of repressed anger and denseness around me . I work with people who have I'd say denser energies but that's work and somehow that's ok. Whereas someone in my home space or heart space would need to be fairly clear ( I don't know if I have the words to explain this stuff, if you get it please explain it to me).
I am very attracted to energy work as a therapist. I want to get to the core of someone's energy field and work from there.

Does anyone else feel that with other people, that if they are with someone who is really dense it feels heavy. Are there just fewer really clear people? I associate clearness with positivity and some faith in humanity ( like Barrack) I associate heaviness with emotional baggage unprocessed and unresolved anger. I remember something by Ester-hicks I think about how energies can't come into our lives unless we allow it. I recently had two teachers whose energies were really disturbing to my system so I know that stuff is still there in me, but also I notice it as the kind of heaviness I used to have all the time and don't have but occasionally anymore and I could displace it from my energy quicker than before.
What do you think? Vibrationally, people with the highest of vibrations, are they able to live and work well with all energies? Do they prefer certainly similar energies?
What do you make of me wanting to be around really clear people and feeling yucky being around the underneath anger other denseness?
What do you make of any of this?

To attune is to tune in. As an infinite being, you already contain within every state of consciousness you could wish to experience. The purpose of this attunement is to help you tune into your peace of mind, bringing it into the forefront of your experience.

These words you are reading are instructions on how to tune in. As you follow the instructions for attunement, I am working with you helping you tune into your experience of peace of mind. Legalize Hemp and Cannabis in California

"And if my words did glow, with the gold of sunshine. And if my tunes were played on the harp unstrung..." Please help these words to ripple... ripple becomes a wave... wave becomes a tsunami... pretty soon our priests/priestesses are out of jail.

Right now there are two competing signature drives to put Cannabis legalization initiatives on the ballot in California in November 2010.

Please look carefully at the text of both laws (the text of each is finalized) and make up your own mind which one you support.

I am supporting www.CaliforniaCannabisInitiative.org because our law will protect Cannabis users from discrimination in

healthcare, employment, and housing. It is a full legalization measure for industrial hemp and recreational cannabis which will restore full human rights to Hemp farmers and Cannabis users all across California. Of course supplying Cannabis to children will remain illegal just as it is today. Driving vehicles under the influence will remain illegal just as it is today. Cannabis users will still be fired from their jobs if they show up to work impaired.

There are two parts to our plan. The first part is to publicly post and personally distribute our "Freedom Lover's Call to Arms" in order to recruit volunteers. This document is available here-

The second part of our plan is to ask everyone who volunteers to make a pledge for how many signatures they can collect in

the next 30 days or so. 15-30 signatures is a good number. If enough volunteers show this level of commitment we can succeed. You can probably get that number from your family members, friends, co-workers, and neighbors without having to solicit in public too much. This is an "out of the closet" movement. We will have to proudly advocate human rights for responsible, honest, hard-working Cannabis smokers in order to convince legitimate people to support us. We have 145 days in order to get the number of signatures that we need. Our petition is hot off the press on 9/11 and we

have started collecting the first signatures yesterday 9/12.

We are polling 56% public support for Cannabis legalization in California which menas that this is an initiative which is not doomed. Its time has finally arrived; we are at the tipping point right now. Now is the time to do this and to do it right. We may only get one chance. If a law which is not exactly what we want is implemented then we may lose our critical mass and our ability to set it right.

I believe that less adults will smoke cannabis after it is legal. This is the case in the Netherlands where it has been

available over-the-counter for 30 years yet only half as many citizens (percentage-wise) smoke as do citizens here. My economics professor has taught for years that prohibition has not succeeded in decreasing usage by increasing penalties. Instead it has destroyed lives and families without substantial benefit to society. After legalization hard-drug usage will decrease due to a "separation of the markets," a decline in the price of Cannabis relative to hard-drugs, and the restoration of honesty and common sense in drug education. Violence, thievery, and the incarceration of honest people will decrease as well. I also believe that a well regulated market will decrease the availability and appeal of cannabis to children. In fact teenage Cannabis use in California has fallen steadily since the passage of Proposition 215. Furthermore the adults who smoke Cannabis after legalization will be better able appreciate the majesty of nature in peace and unity without learning to fear and disrespect authority figures. This will be better for their spirits and better for society. Finally the human rights of legitimate medical Cannabis patients will be better protected than they are today. Legalizing Cannabis will create a safer, healthier, and more humane California for us all to live in.

Thinking About Thinking

I have been thinking about thinking. The evolving energies helping us to awaken have brought new awareness to my thoughts. When limiting thoughts show up, they present along with a continuum of possibility from which to choose. I then know I can either choose the limiting thoughts or I can choose something more fulfilling.

My inner knowing is often in the form of holographic spatial relationship (I see/feel/know/hear energy patterns in relationship with other patterns). This makes it easy to embody change. I do not have to engage my mind; I simply choose to feel myself as the pattern. You can do this too, using this metaphorical-based activity:

Do you have a thought or belief you wish to change? If nothing comes to mind, remember a challenging situation and your thoughts about it. Choose one thought with which to work. Sense it as a large plane, like a large plate expanding out from your heart chakra in all directions to infinity. Allow the plane to become light: feel it, see it, experience it as light until you no longer think about the thought, you just sense the plane as light.

Once you have skill at doing this, you can use it to transform limiting thoughts. If you do it often enough, and if you intend for it to happen, whenever you have limiting thoughts you will be notified by the illuminating plane which will show up when you need it. If you wish to take this activity further, when the plane shows up as light, sense the light clearing away all thought, leaving you open for other thoughts on the situation, ones that are more fulfilling.

In last month’s update, Thinking About Thinking, I shared a technique for transforming limiting thoughts. I would like to build on that technique, offering a doorway to lighthearted living.

Begin by sensing your heart chakra as a large plane of light. It expands out from your body in all directions. It is infinite. Sense as much of it as you can without straining. Hold the image gently, again no straining and no forcing it to conform to your mental image of what it should be. Stay with this for a little while, then keeping an awareness of your heart chakra plane, turn your attention also to your third eye chakra. Sense it as an infinite plane of light, floating above your heart chakra.

Sense the space between the heart chakra plane and the third eye plane. It is the energy upon which the third eye chakra floats. Feel your heart chakra plane expanding even more and notice how it impacts your third eye chakra plane. Feel more light and ease in your heart chakra plane and notice how it impacts your third eye chakra plane. Notice how it impacts the energy between the heart and third eye chakra planes. In the floating energy between the two planes you can find an opening to a feeling of ease and clarity. As you experience the ease and clarity, you also synchronize your heart and third eye chakra planes. It feels incredible and it leads to greater lightheartedness and clarity in your day to day experience, long after you do this activity.

Regarding the space between the two planes, you can enjoy the experience of it, and the clarity and lightheartedness, but you can also use it as a portal. If you enjoy exploration of consciousness for the sake of exploration, or if you want a fun adventure, sense the portal and go through it. Because it comes from the synchronization and lightfilled expansiveness of heart and mind, it is a stable and empowering place from which to meditate and journey.

Even more disturbing is what is termed "the revolving door" from
these companies and their executives into many of the high ranking
administration offices of our government, in Washington DC. From
the National Institute of Health to the Food and Drug Administration

"The revolving door" is easily shown with an Internet www.google.com

In short, "Justice has been sold" (101) and millions of dollars put

into "fixing the sale" ( 49). The Los Angeles Times reported that,

"Drug Companies, HMO's Spend Big To Stop New Laws". They

donated hundreds of millions of dollars to political election

campaigns (49, 159 ).

To simplify the complexity of the
controversy, I will give this example. Bill
Moyers of the Public Broadcasting System
did a show named Trade Secrets and has
created a web page of the same name
(26). There is to much documentation
there to list, in regard to "industry"
covering up the damage to OUR HEALTH
from toxic chemicals, for over fifty years
(26).

Bill Moyers was tested for over 800 toxic
chemicals and over 80 chemicals (at
various levels of exposure) were found, in
him. That presents the potential for more
viable chemicals reaction variations than
the pick six lottery in one patient from the
perspective of Low Dose Cumulative
Effects of Toxic Chemical's ! But
regardless of this, many of the "tolerable
levels of exposure" to a (singular) toxic
chemical have been fraudulently produced
for decades (81).

Current events on this topic of "The Toxic Lotto" that
revolves around the "Toxic Soup" that all of us live in
are at my MySpace profile with links to the
California Biomonitoring Program
and the
"Cumulative Impacts".

Just as toxic chemicals can multiply in their toxicity
when mixed, so can infectious agents increase in their
pathogenic impact. And the the two (toxic chemicals
and infectious agents) usually work in a synergistic
manner.

It is suspected that
Camp Mandalay of the Bohemian Grove
might very well have "inside knowledge" that
other members of the Bohemian Grove are not
aware of.

Many camps in the Bohemian Grove contain very
prestigious visitors. You have camps like Cave Man,
Hideaway, Hill Billies, Hillside, Isle of Aves, Lost
Angels, Mandalay, Midway, Owl's Nest,
Sempervirens, Silverado Squatters, and Stowaway.
Mandalay seems to be the camp for international
relations and consists of many members officially or
otherwise connected to the intelligence agencies.
Mandalay is the only camp you cannot just walk into
and before you are allowed on the compound
someone will ask you who you have an appointment
with. If you're cleared for access, you are taken up the
hill with a Bechtel-designed electric pulley. Many
members of camps like Hill Billies or Stowaway
(Rockefellers and Morgans) have been to Mandalay at
one time or another.

It is believed that camp Mandalay was central to
the "Manhattan Project" (the nuclear bomb),
"Project Paper Clip" (that gave Nazi scientists
new identities and continued their research on
American's) and a host of other well document
experiments on hundreds of American cities.

I am all for telling the other members of the
Bohemian Grove what camp Mandalay has been
up to with the Non-Lethal Biological
Weapons known as Incapacitating Agents,
playing a part in Chronic Illnesses and cancers.

When it comes to the effects of toxic chemicals on our gonads
and or our sex drive, there appears to be a cover up and
a conspiracy. Unfortunately, it is much worse than that. After
careful investigation, it seems to me that the circumstance are
due more to incompetence and greed.

This membership list of the Bohemian Grove does list
some of the deceased and their causes of death. Such as
John Du Pont (now deceased) of whom was diagnosed as
"insane". He was heir to the Du Pont chemical empire.
Ralph Bailey was a member of Camp Mandalay and Vice-Chairman
of Du Pont Chemical Company. John Du Pont (heir to the Du Pont
fortune) was a member of the "Isle of Aves" Camp.
John Du Pont was not a member of the Mandalay Camp.

I'll get back to that angle, after I clarify a few points....... Maybe
you could ask Mary Moore and Peter Phillips what they think about this ?

The elite of our society (The Bohemian Grove
crowd) can get caught up and effected by this "Toxic Lotto", too.
Only they have the money (cash) or a different type of health
insurance, that enables them to get properly evaluated at
clinics like the
Environmental Health Center-Dallas

I'll clarify a key point. A peer reviewed medical
journal has shown that the majority of mental
illness is due to toxic chemical exposures
and is not as genetic as they had thought.

White Dakini Drub Chen. For the first time in the West a Drub Chen (Great Accomplishment Ceremony) of the White Dakini ( White Goddess ) practice from Do Khyentse’s Dzinpa Rangdröl (Self-Liberation from Fixation) treasure cycle will be performed. This lineage comes directly from Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche to Tulku Sang ngag who will be the Vajra Master at the Drub Chen.

The White Dakini practice will be established as a key practice at Tara Mandala and links directly to Machig through Yeshe Tsogyel, her previous incarnation. "The Vajra Armor Mantra (Tib. Dorje Go-Drab), is among the most powerful healing practices in Tantric Buddhism. I have expanded energy, I feel like I am in love most of the time, I'm finding my conscious/healing career, it's all good. I think I need some guidance. Chakra Evolution Attunement

This is the Chakra Evolution Attunement. This attunement works with each of your 7 major chakras. It helps evolve each chakra, working with the physical, emotional, mental, ego and all higher aspects of who you are. Anywhere that you are ready for a higher expression in the chakra, it will be facilitated.

To attune is to tune in. As you tune into each chakra, your intent to evolve the chakra combines with my transmission of energy to assist you and the attunement takes place. Trust is the key

What keeps us from moving into a deep and profound peace is our lack of
TRUST. Trust is the key to liberation.

For those on a spiritual or religious path, the idea that a
higher power is in charge of your existence is not a new concept.
So why then are you questioning your journey? Why are you second
guessing your life? Having faith or belief is simply not
enough. Trust is absolute. One's faith can be tested. Your
beliefs can be challenged. Trust comes from the heart and is
rooted in a deeper level of consciousness. It comes from a
profound place of knowing that you are divine and that your life
is happening in divine order. In any moment of frustration,
agony, sadness or fear you can bring trust into your experience
and expand your consciousness. For example when you are
frustrated that life isn't going the way you think it should,
instead of continuing on this destructive path of frustration,
simply breathe and acknowledge that every experience is unfolding
in divine order. In consciously doing this practice, the stress,

your freedom and the map to your road home. Trust your Self.
You know more than you think you do. In the presence of the

Beyond Intense Emotions Into Ease and Flow

With so many people I know going through a lot of strong emotional clearing, I have decided to share with you a technique I often use when I feel triggered by people or situations. I also use it when I can tell some strong emotion is brewing inside me but I do not know what it is. The beauty of this technique is that it is easy to use, does not require that you know the cause, and it usually quickly defuses the intensity, leaving you with a sense of peace. Repeated use of this technique will remove any attachments to the people and situations, along with the reactivity.

Here is the technique:

Begin by tuning into your infinite self. You have a small (personality/ego) self, and yet you are also an infinite being to whom whatever triggers you is just a miniscule grain of sand in comparison. Working as your infinite self gets you beyond feeling powerless in the grip of a situation and gives you the perspective from which to easily resolve what used to feel impossible. Your infinite self is always present; all you have to do to access it is feel it.

Once you sense yourself as your infinite self, stay with the experience while also remembering the situation (or person) that brings up the strong feelings (or just the strong feeling if you do not know the cause). Notice any sensations inside your body, for example tension or heat that arise from thinking about the situation. Now, let go of any thoughts or memories, allowing your mind to be quiet and still. Feel the sensations related to the situation. Stay with the experience of the sensation, allowing it to do whatever it needs to do, with no resistance or direction from you. It is important to stay with the sensation only. If you find yourself evaluating, wondering what is unfolding, judging yourself for the sensation or situation or using your mind in any way, refocus on the sensation.

As you stay with the sensation, sometimes it will move up your chakras and out your crown, other times it will release through another chakra or body area and other times it will move around your body eventually dissipating or transforming. All you have to do is stay with the experience of the sensation until it releases, dissipates or transforms. If the sensation is intense or painful, reconnecting with your expansiveness, your infinite self, makes the process gentler.

When you work with a situation or person via sensation, you address emotions, thoughts, physical challenges and all aspects of the situation. Because you do not spend a lot of time in the mental/emotional ego processes that keep people stuck much of the time, this is a much quicker way to process than any other approach I have tried. Sometimes results even come after one session, although often I find it takes more. The way to tell if you have done the healing: remember the situation again and see if sensations still come up. Usually even if I still react, the response is not as strong as before.

Another nice thing about working with sensation in this way is that when you work with sensation as an infinite being, you work with your inner Presence/Knowing. This aspect of you is actually your wholeness and it knows exactly why you respond and exactly how to “fix” it. You allow your Presence to lead the process without the need for your smaller ego self to have to figure things out. Besides, most of the things we think and the ways we process intellectually is based on ego illusion anyway and it is ultimately irrelevant, despite how it may feel sometimes.

Although quite young, HE Yongey Mingyur is an accomplished master of both the Great Seal ( Mahamudra ) and Great Perfection ( Dzogchen ) traditions of pure awareness yoga. Avalokitesvara is a primary and pre-eminent deity and practice for Buddhists worldwide. Avalokitesvara is the renowned deity of "Liberating Compassion", known in many parts of the Far East as Kuan Yin ( China ), Kwannon ( Japan ), Kwan Seeum ( Korea ), Kwan Theum Botat ( Viet Nam ), etc. This is a major practice for both general Mahayana ( Great Way ) Buddhists and also for esoteric / yogic ( tantric ) Buddhists, and thus unites and helps all schools of Buddhist practice in many different cultural contexts, both Asian and Western.

This is a most well known and quite universally practised pagan / polytheistic deity yoga of Sanskrit origin, Hindu or Buddhist. For example, it has become incorporated into some Hindu practice lineages, such as that of Swami Nikhilesvarananda. It is very similar to or overlaps the practice of Blue Throated Siva, as shown in one of the mantras for Blue Throated Avalokitesvara.

The influence of Avalokitesvara is vast throughout the world, and in different Buddhist lineages. Several of my teachers are considered to be emanations of Avalokitesvara including ( the late ) HE Deshung Tulku Rinpoche ( Sakya ), HH the Seventeenth Karmapa Urgyen Trinley Dorje and the Karmapa lineage, HH the Dalai Lama and the Dalai Lama lineage, and so forth.

His Eminence Dzongsar Rinpoche ( Sakya and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism ), who teaches worldwide, has stated that Avalokitesvara is the most broadly and most commonly practised of all Buddhist mantras worldwide. This is consistent with my experience in Japanese, Chinese, Tibetan, and Vietnamese traditions. Apparently there is a book on Avalokita practice in the Sri Lankan traditions, which are mostly Theravadin Buddhist.

The esoteric yoga traditions of Buddhist tantra are based on ritual empowerment and the practice of self-empowerment, and these include placing points of light at the Brow Cakra ( White Light ), Throat Cakra ( Red Light ), and Heart Cakra ( Blue Light ). Some forms of Avalokitesvara practice include a full kundalini yoga / psychic heat method, known in the Buddhist tradition as Completion Stage Yoga. N.B. One important example is the transmission of Red Avalokita / Vajrayogini. However, I do not know what form of Avalokita is being given by HE Mingyur Rinpoche.

Avalokitesvara is without doubt the most well known Buddhist ( or other ) esoteric spiritual practice in the West ( either as "OM MANI PADME HUM" or as the "Heart Sutra" or as other variants, see below ).
Many tens of millions of Buddhists recite daily either a Sanksrit formula for Avalokitesvara or a meditation text associated with this deity, as in (1) and (2) following.

Surya Namaskara, or the "Sun salutation"

A well-known Hindu mode of worship of the devotional movements of Surya is done at the rising of the Sun, known as Surya namaskara (Sun Salutation). Ten yogic postures are assumed in successive flowing movements to complete one namaskar. Twelve sacred Hindu mantras uttered and for each mantra one complete namaskar is done. Ancient practice is to do 108 namaskaras a day. It is considered most auspicious by Hindus to do this.

Above is the Mantra to the Supreme Light, Param Jyoti Mantra, which is a famous Vedic, Vedantic and Tantric Mantra. We could also spell it phonetically as OM HREEM HAMSA SO HAM SWAHA! This mantra brings us into the Divine or inner light and causes it to resonate in our body, breath, speech and mind.

The Mantra for the Supreme Light is the main mantra for the American Institute of Vedic Studies. We recommend all our friends and students to chant it regularly. We initiate individuals into this mantra and its many variants. It is the core form of an entire set of mantras of which there are several dozen versions that can be used for many different purposes. We also use this mantra along with other important mantras like the famous Tantric Panchadashi Mantra to Tripura Sundari.

This Mantra to the Supreme Light is first a Vedantic mantra. Om is the Supreme Brahman. Hrim is the mantra of the spiritual heart. Hamsah is the mantra of the liberated soul. So'ham means "I am He", meaning the Supreme Being. Swaha indicates consecration into the light. The mantra can be used along with meditation to realize the Self within.

The Mantra to the Supreme Light is a Tantric mantra. Om is the Supreme Shiva. Hrim is the the Supreme Shakti. Hamsa So'ham is the unification of Shiva and Shakti in our breath and consciousness. Swaha indicates consecration into the light. This mantra can be used along with the worship of the Goddess to bring her presence into our hearts.

The Mantra to the Supreme Light is a Yoga mantra. Om is the supreme guru. Hrim is the light of the awakened Kundalini. Hamsa So'ham is the balancing of the Sun and Moon, or solar and lunar forces, the Ida and Pingala Nadis. Swaha indicates consecration into the light. The mantra can be used along with pranayama to empower the breath and open the chakras.

The Mantra to the Supreme Light is an Ayurvedic mantra. Om is the cosmic prana. Hrim is the health giving power of the spirit heart. Hamsa So'ham is the power of the breath to give vitality and promote rejuvenation. Swaha indicates consecration into the light. The mantra can be used to bring the cosmic prana into us for healing purposes.

The Mantra to the Supreme Light is an astrological mantra. Om is the mantra of the cosmic light. Hrim is a mantra for the Sun. Hamsa So'ham is the energy of the Sun as the power of life and consciousness. Swaha indicates consecration into the light. The mantra can be used to propitiate weak planets in the Vedic birth chart, starting with the Sun.

The Mantra to the Supreme Light is an important mantra for usage at the winter solstice, the equinoxes and summer solstices for the worship of the Sun. With the mantra Shrim (Shreem) instead of Hrim, it can be used at the new, half and full Moons, for the worship of the Moon and the Goddess.

New Movie Seeks To Slip In A Healing Message?

Is the new animation Battle For Terra going to be heartfelt? I hear the themes (without being preachy) are social tolerance, celebrating life, living in peace and harmony, respecting others, other species, and the earth, etc.

The film won the "Crystal Heart Vision" award for 'excellence in film' making at the Heartland Film festival which honors films that empower the human journey and express hope, respect and positive values of life. Because of this, I'm thinking there is way more to it than just awesome animation and an all-star cast. *fingers crossed*

I know that some people to like to argue the fact that putting 'green' and 'spiritual' messages in films isn't effective, because making movies isn't a 'green' act in itself. I tend to disagree wholeheartedly, because art (including film) is always going to be around (thank goodness) - and I believe that making films with new twists and positive messages is much more effective than recycling a bottle (though I do practice green living).

My thought is: yes, what I do matters, but when someone does something that puts a large message out to the world that affects thousands, well, that's a whole other level. :)

A Healing Book...

About a decade ago I read a lot of great books that changed my way of viewing and experiencing reality. They included books by James Redfield, Dan Millman, Carol Adrianne and more...but it's been quite a while since I've had a good book that I could really connect with ...until this one:

It was completely honest and totally open-hearted. I love it. Maybe it's just me, but I felt like I could totally relate to this story and his experiences.

Here's an excerpt:

Bringing our soul lessons through takes more than awareness. It is an active process that demands a courageous willingness to live our experiences right through to completion. This means staying with our feelings until they are truly done with us, no matter how uncomfortable it is. Although we may not see it at first, there is a method to our sadness.

The body is far more than just a vessel for the soul. It is the field where the soul's lessons are harvested. It is the breeding ground for the soul's emergence. Repressed emotions are unactualized spiritual lessons. In order to grow forward, we must bring our suffering through our emotional body until our spiritual lesson is birthed. We must cell our soul.

Unless your knowing arises from your felt experience, it is meaningless. Stay with the emotional process until your soul food is digested. It will be difficult at times, but the feelings will only hurt until they convert. Once they make it all the way through the conversion tunnel, the lesson will be revealed.

It is used for many purposes, such as psychological balance, energy balancing, mind-body co-ordination, physical workout warm-ups and warm-downs, kundalini yoga, and as a key practice in Buddhist yogas of primordial pure awareness, such as Great Perfection and Great Seal.

There are also Buddhist kung fu breath modulation practices for martial arts which are sophisticated and powerful.

There are many excellent books available on pranayama.
A basic and most useful pranayama practice is alternate nostril breathing, which is taught in many variations, among the Hindus, Sikhs, and Buddhists. In Sanskrit this is known as nadi shodhana pranayam.

As with most yoga practices, be careful regarding sensitive times such as pregnancy or illness and do not practice when the stomach is full.

A major source of teaching on pranayama is the 3H0 Sikhs and Yogi Bhajan, who brought a tremendous amount of this material to the West. Do a google search for "kundalini yoga" + pranayam + "yogi bhajan". You can get 3H0 books on kundalini yoga from Ravi Singh and Guru Rattan Khaur Khalsa.

I have and use many texts on tantra and yoga as practitioner and as guru, and pranayama is always of enormous importance in the different lineages, and in my own practice. I began doing pranayam in 1980, and on at least one occasion it has saved my life.

Another major and most useful kind of practice is Sanskrit recitation, or mantrayana.
You can find a basic description of the Vajrasattva mantra at my tribe home, under the picture for "Hundred Syllable Mantra".

The primary source for transmissions of this kind of yoga is the esoteric Buddhist tantra, known to the public under the name "Tibetan Buddhism."

I have completed ten thousand hours of mantra.

A most basic and openly available mantra for healing and developing inner spiritual connections is the Buddhist goddess mantra for Tara:

OM TARE TUTTARE TURE MA ME AYU PUNYA JNANA PUSTIM KURU SVAHA

This is for wisdom ( jnana ), long life ( ayu ), noble qualities ( punya ), and spiritual energy ( pustim ). This is a good mantra for protection, for removing obstacles, and cleansing the magnetic field.

A basic practice would be to recite this 100,000 times, and it works better with visualization, pure intention and so forth.

20 Astral Keys to Gates of Universal Consciousness

Carl Gustav Jung (1875–1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist who developed the field of analytical psychology and introduced the concept of archetypes of consciousness being "innate universal psychic dispositions that form the substrate from which the basic themes of human life emerge. Being universal and innate, their influence can be detected in the form of myths, symbols, rituals and instincts of human beings. Archetypes are components of the collective unconscious and serve to organize, direct and inform human thought and behaviour. ...archetypes heavily influence the human life cycle, propelling a neurologically hard-wired sequence which he called the stages of life. stream of thought

I woke this morning finding myself in deep thought and having a talk with "god" or to "god" (as the "Creator" "Great Mystery" "Great Spirit" Jesus, Yahweh, Buddha, Mohammed, Wakntaka or whichever is the name for the Supreme being or the ONE is called to each different culture or person), does not actually answer back in the way we think anyway. I was questioning why we were here? What is the true meaning of human existence..I am still having these thoughts. Thoughts that ran through my head were not so much based on the animal part of ourselves but rather the being part of our selves as in the term Human being...so concentrating on the being..I question what is the purpose of being if the human equation is removed....rather deep thinking. Somehow this "DEEP" thinking doesn't come along for most people too often that they speak of and I was wondering if I was to seek answers to this question what "expert could I go to"? Would it be a spiritual "expert" or a psychological expert"?Or a cultural expert," perhaps a philosopher who has knowledge and is an expert in all fields.
Then I thought of purpose and paths. Most people are so caught up in the material world of being human that their being is connected to that. Most people seek love and I am one of these people too but...for most it is instinctual love that they seek to mate and to form a family of people with common experiences to share and a sense of love based on that "reality" however illusionary that might be. Being born different...I did not seek to procreate..and still then I had family and..excuse my stream of thinking..but it all is caught up in what is the purpose of life, past that of propagating a species on a human/animal level which most of the world is satisfied with...but if your born differernt.there is still the sex drive to contend with and the socialization process that each culture shares in order to have a shared "reality." We all want to be loved and love ourselves and to give love....is that a common theme of reality? and spiritual evolution..Most of the earth follow some religion which either they have grown up with or into or search out spiritual meaning that satisfies them enough to get through the physical reality of being here..why are we here....also gets into ideas of philosophy..so philosophy, religion/spirtuality, the need to procreate or to have a sex drive keep people functioning on a rather low frequency of function and keeps them docile into deeply searching for the meaning of life. Even if one is a Tibetan munk or some sort of a person who concentrates on spirituality it is the tasks of the day that keeps one going...if one has the freedom to seek this way of life. But then is the question of what culture, belief system and shared reality we all have. If I was born in Africa of course I would be African and if I was born in Italy I would be Italian...so the FREEDOM that everybody seeks is to have freedom of thought and speech and belief...but back to belief..does circumstance create a belief system or does a belief system create circumstance...if it is circumstance that creates reality...then one must have some notion that unless one chose the circumstance one has no freedom in the belief system of reality. Spiritually there doesn't seem to be a high level of evolution..all though the golden rule seems to apply to most spiritualities and organizations of religion..the dogma of such pits people against people looking at the differences in their belief system...causing war or separatism from a larger body of human beings....technology seems to have advanced faster than spirituality and the meaning of life. still stream of thought keep up with me here..there is the socialization and harsh reality to keep the human of the human being alive by means of survival.....one must have a job in order to place security no matter what illusionary reality one believes. A need for food shelter and physical needs being met. When one is engaged in survival..and what ones needs in order to be satisfied with whatever food shelter ect..that is needed is again taking away from thought of "who am I" why am I hear? What is my purpose in being here?
because as we all have jobs..we have to follow a socialized set of rules within the workplace based on keeping our jobs and thus surviving. So if you do not like your job it wears the brain out to the point of tiredness and thus it becomes more about survival than thriving and growing. If you go to college or have chosen a job you like....most people become disillusioned in their chosen field at some point because of politics ect...and are back to working for survival..and vacations and buying things that bring physical comfort..quite on a superficial level..but if one has mated and has children then there is a purpose in the suffering a job or career to provide the things for ones children so they will suffer less with material things. So there is an equation somewhere here within this stream of thought and not to exclude biology, hormones and the capacity of the human brain to think or not think...as the population grows the problems associated with survival seem to get harder..economics and jobs available to create products to satisfy or at least pacify the feelings that most people either do not have or thoughts they do not have as to the meaning of life....spirituality still has no fertile ground to evolve with if one is engaged in surviving. To mealy survive is not enough so people choose or are socialized into common experiences of joy, sports, politics, religion, art,..some choose drugs or alcohol to numb the feeling of this sense of LOST that at one time or another we all feel..the sense of loss in that I do not feel complete or whole...and as these thoughts seem to come as we grow older thus Plato and other old figures of the past..we are then beset with circumstances placed on one another as a body or culture of people...war, famine, disease, personal trauma, death of loved ones, sickness, and expectations placed on a person as culturally and socially dictated accordingly....the evolution of the spirit ,the soul, the being in the human being equation the searching for true meaning of existence is somewhat limited by personal experience. So to what point does culture and society and countries and religions and or spiritual beliefs and disciplines have to change in order for us to get any answers on the reason we are here..the reason why some are born to poverty while others are born to privilege. I think it must be easy for those who settle on an organized religion and belief system that is set in place and functions in a larger schema of reality...the more one is blinded or satisfied with conditions of survival and belief systems the more one is contented to be here and asks seldom if ever why am I hear, what does it mean to be a human being..what is my personal reason for being here? As a soul, in body on the physical plane?
I also thought if e have crossed over into questing pre conceived notions of reality and question the "GRAND illusion" of "reality"..then a person is less likely to want to participate in the controlling or popular belief system...bringing a sense of loneliness and isolation. The Human part of us has a built in need for socialization and means by which there is shared experience ect...so where does that leave me? And where does that leave the world in terms of commonalties? If everyone is an individual and yet part of a culture, society, that is not global and respectful of individuality...to the point that "what is the meaning of life and why are we here what is my, our purpose, then purpose is not a commonality shared by means of cultural differences and belief sysyems....How can we have world peace..when by means of feeling a sense of belonging is tied up in survival? As I said this is just a steam of thought. If proper housing and food were provided everyone as a human right globally..then what would people do in terms of thought.. What would their daily physical activities be? would they then evolve spiritually or would they have to evolve spiritually to get to the point of providing to each individual that which they need to fully function without working to survive. I awoke after a deep sleep and went right into deep thought. What is my purpose? How do I provide food and clothing and a roof over my head while still trying to provide a much needed need to evolve spiritually? How can I as an individual keep clear the need to seek answers when I am bogged down by a larger agreed upon "reality"? Soon I will return to the USA. In order to survive, I must find a job, then housing and survival necessities. I will be so besieged with and entrenched in this procedure. It will not be satisfying only that I feel more secure and surviving....But it will make me so tired mentally physically and emotionally..that the questions that I really need answered will be lost again in exhaustion from survival. I apologize for sharing this stream of thought....But somewhere within it lies an answer to the problems of the world and world peace.
Any intelligent response would help me to further understand a WORLD, that is coming to an end as we know it. For if there is no large scale spiritual evolution...then after world change survival will once again be the necessity that takes over.
People now starving under famine are surely not thinking about the meaning of life and spiritual evolution...they are thinking about food! How to feed their children! How to battle disease,
wonder if anyone else has thoughts such as this, my stream of writing and could advise me as to how to except my reality, while also including helping the world as a global community.

I've recently become aware of a repeating challenge. Every time I go through a significant vibrational shift (especially two weeks ago), I've noticed that my physical body lags behind. Yoga becomes more challenging, I feel weaker, and almost have to retrain my body to dance again. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm aware that I'm probably not fully surrendering to All That Is to make each shift effortless, but I wanted to share it with others and get some feedback, especially since each shift comes more often, more intense, almost like a labor into a Rebirth!

seden for now.2 days and one probably sleepless night until I leave..very stressful still packing. This transition is intence and I pray and call upon all healing of calmness and courage. Once back in the Usa my future is unncertain..I must be brave and attend to again many more details. I long for gainful employment at a job I do not hate..but must take the 1st job offered in order to survive.
I think I will feel safer and better after the lng flight and bus ride "HOME".

request for light healing

I am out of the USA (HOME) have been for 6 months now and am experiencing homesickness and HUGE Culture shock..my life force has weakened...and I need to stregthen it so I can visit HOME. I would apreiate any advice and tribe messages on this subject.
I am sure there are very spiritual people here in Stockholm Sweden..but I have not met any. I feel isolated sometimes with only computer pals for contact..no real suportive family back home..so drop me a line or give me some advice PLEASE!

If we all meditate at the same time, anchor ourselves in the Earths Starry Core and beam ourselfs to the highest dimensions we can reach with the help of Ets, Archangels and Ascended Masters, we can have a significantly beneficial impact on the Energy Grid of Mother Earth and the Collective Human Consciousness. There are many ways to climb up to through the dimensions, I find the merkaba the most effective but if you simply connect to your I AM Presence (in your chest), ground yourself, invoke your guides, angels, et's of light and the ascended masters plane, then visualize a little version of you standing in your pineal galnd on a glowing lotus, connect a string from the top of your head your head all the way up to the Infinite source of All that Is and vizualize yourself on the lotus shooting up the string as high as you can and into the Great Galactic Sun, bathe in the Awesome Light for a few minutes and then bring it down with you all the way to the Earths core,, this will anchor a massive pillar of light,, vizualize it comming down and sinking deep into the earht,, shinny, pearly and radiant white. You can also speak to the dimensions themself and ask them to anchor into our planet and help heal and raise our frequencies,., they cannot help with out our asking (law of free will).. Please tell your friends,, the more te better,,, ideally this is done in a clean sacred place with a group of people holding hands in a cirlce,, Om'ing together helps to tune in with each other,.,but this can be done anywhere and by yourself,., please reply if you intend on participating, thank you all very much,., Love and Bliss., AUM.

i have recently applied for a volunteer/student position at the Ratna Ling retreat center in Sonoma County
California. If accepted, and they're reviewing my application this week, i'll be helping out with the Tibetan Aid
Project binding sacred books whilst taking classes and getting that much for a long time needed healing retreat
on 110 acres of wooded landscape... I have been recently praying for an opportunity like this to enter my life but
also know that i can't really achieve it without an infinite amount of grace... sooo, i thought that i would reach out
to the network of Devas and Lightworkers out here in dream land and ask that they keep me in they're prayers,
i really need as much of a karmic boost as i can get... thank you sooo very much...

it's been a looong time since i last posted to this, or any, forum... unfortunately i wish i were posting
under more positive circumstances... but, alas, tis not the way just now... i don't really want to get too deep
into the epic journey that has been my life thus far but suffice to say i've made my share or bad decisions,
karmically speaking, and i now find myself wondering, how can i break this negative cycle i've bumbled into???
starting with my mothers passing three years ago, my crazy decisions to travel west w/out a safety net and
susequent reversals of fortune, a great many bad experiences in my "love life", some heavy burdens from
external sources, or agreements i've made with those sources, did i say baaad karma with women??? i keep
going back to this feeling that i've died and gone to hell when i was sleeping, or hell slipped in while i was
looking the other way... this isn't a generaly feeling of things being bad but a very persistant and speciffic
nagging that uhoh, i've screwed up... all this i find even more discouraging because i am a practicing reiki
healer, which i haven't been able to do for fear of passing on my negative energies to somebody else,
a one time fulltime meditator, mantra meditation to be specific, bhakti yogi, dharma bum... this hasn't been
like this for years and it seems to be getting more and more difficult to control, i find myself experiencing all
the symptoms of depression, but also feel as if my energy body were being sucked dry... in short a general,
all around uneasiness... i've been flashing on the idea that i need some sort of pranic adjustment and karmic
cleansing but find all the regular routes of healing consultations far outside my economic range, did i mention
my financial karma is less than zero as well??? i really don't know where else to turn except this network
here... if there are any healers out there that have any idea where i can begin clearing this negative slate
please... i'm open for any kind of miracle... please accept my most humble obeisences...

Healers??

Been Having the most amazing yet troubling couple of weeks here in southern Cali as I continue to journey inward experiencing the highest high's and the lowest low's. Working with my darkness to accept who I am and realize that it’s all good : ) Moving forward with the changes we all face as the consciousness of this collective continues to shift faster and faster. Some moments I find are tough to do just what we do and others seem to do like we've never done b4. But really every moment I step out and take a look around is a moment that brings me back down to the ground, deep like an undisturbed sleep feeling a resonance with the earth and I begin to weep joy and sadness all the same and I continue to affirm "No one is to blame!" There is no shame here, we do what we do and if we are aware of it than it’s the best we can. But still we must all have our fill even if it makes us ill...Why? Why do we subject ourselves to the things we hate to love...is there any help? Any guidance from above? or below? Anything would help at this point...I just wanna know. Any healers in the LA area willing to help a brother out? I’ve been around but I don't really know anyone around here just yet...

me and my family need help!!!- Healing request

Me and my family need urgent help About 2 weeks ago I made the mistake of going to a Gypsy psychic where I live for advice, she talked me into getting some kind of spiritual clearing for me and my family to remove the negativity around us, and whatever she's done has made us feel very, very sped up and constricted 24/7, as if we took a ton of stimulants. Like if someone wraps a rubber band tightly around their finger, feels like what she's done to our souls or spirit. I'm most of all worried for my parents, they already have heart problems and high blood pressure and it's been made much, much worse from this. I've also had tinnitus, and I feel like I've lost some hearing from this, I hope it returns. I was told some Gypsy psychics will make their victims sick and miserable on purpose so they can keep getting more money from them, I hope that's not the case with us. Can you give me any advice or help or healing to undo whatever this Gypsy psychic has done to us and to return us back to our normal, healthy pace and state of being?

Suggestions for becoming non-judgmental

What, in your opionon, would you think/feel would aid in stopping the habit of judging others to enable you to become a better person.

Here are some of my thoughts on the matter..

1. Become aware of everything I think..
2. Realize what I say to others really DOES matter.. Every word we speak has an impact.. What footprint do we want to leave on anothers soul??
3. Be forgiving of myself and others..

I'll quit for now.. there are multitudes I could think of .. but will let others come up with sugestions..

Invocation and Meditation for the Archangels

I AM posting this Amazing Invocation and Meditation
We have been using and teaching it since many years, and it is absolutely great !!
It really saved me in times of great turmoil and chaos.
For many of our students it has become one of the main ways to get Guidance and answers to questions, especially in challenging times. It can also help you get messages and communicate with the Angelic realm.
The Angels are Beings of Light that are there to help and assist us in our life and evolution, but they have no permission to intervene in our lives unless we call on them or ask for their help. Except from your Guardian Angel that can intervene to save your life or protect you.
So to get help from the Angels, you can Pray to them and ask for their assistance, you can work with Angel Cards, and you can use this meditation.
Try all of the methods, working with the Angels is completely Devine and Blissful.
Expect Miracles !!!
You can use this Meditation as a meditation and take your time with it. Invoking one Archangel at a time and then meditating and visualizing the things you asked for. You might be completely conscious with it, or you may drift off and your angel will take you on a trip or give you some healing, or some messages.
You can otherwise use it shortly, when you prefer to make it faster, and just invoke the Archangel, thank him and move on to the next one.
You still get the Healing and the Protection this Meditation Gives and it will only take a few minutes.

Invocation and Meditation for the Archangels

Lay down comfortably (or sit if you prefer), Repeat the following Invocation for each Archangel at a time out loud. Then close your eyes and Visualize/Imagine the things you requested happening, and see what messages the Archangel has for you (you can also ask for a message)

I now invoke the mighty Archangel Michael to stand at my right hand side. I ask him to pour courage and strength into me and bring about positive results to my endeavors. I now request that he cut all my negative cords and attachments with his sword. I ask that the deep blue cloak of protection be placed over me so that only that which is of the highest and purest light may enter my aura. Pause for a moment so that Archangel Michael can complete this work and communicate anything he wishes to.

I now invoke the mighty Archangel Gabriel to stand at my left-hand side in his pure white ray. I ask that he pours his pure white energy into my aura and brings me guidance about my next step or my pathway. I ask that the symbols of my life’s mission be illuminated and activated now. The Storm

This chaotic storm I had seen from a distance, an immense entity seething and confusing the terrain ahead, I had thought I may navigate around it, yet it was only a matter of time at that point, once you see it, it is too late…
I have drifted in this storm, long enough to have it feel like “forever”, navigating the best I could, I have seen others in this storm of my life, yet they drift away, each in their own time and way.
Drifting through the lonesome dark, things are not what they seem. Outside of this storm of human activity is a paradise of peace and love, kingdom of our heart and dreams, our heaven on earth. We cannot control life, yet influence extends all the way.
Let me ask you a question…
“Who/what do you love the most in this world? And what would your world be like if you felt that much love for every person, place, and thing that you see?”
Seriously, there are those who talk about love, and those who make you feel loved.

Keep the Door of Life Open

So… we are divine spirits, powerful beyond imagining, having an experience of forgetfulness of what we truly are.

Life surrounds us with everything we need and want, and the only limitations we have upon allowing those into our lives, is that we shut the door of possibility, and doubt our ability to get it.

The only thing we need to get, is that if we keep the door open, we will get it. When someone, something, someplace offers a gift, open the door happily…

The Feeling of Meaning

Has anyone touched your heart, maybe for a moment, or through time, in such a way that they “dance in your heart”, the thought of them automatically bringing love, satisfaction, and comfort to your soul?

Does that feeling have meaning? And is it worth investing that “feeling” towards others, through our actions?

The Cup

Humans are like a cup, and what the cup has in it, is what we spend our time on, what our consciousness chews on, and the habits that we are.
We keep our cups full, almost overflowing, one drop more would spill the excess. How can we have something new in our lives, if our life is full of known, with no room for growth?
Infinite possibilities comes from empting our cups a bit, so we can fill it with something new, then repeat. My only personal project is to enjoyably and blissfully be alive and evolve, which is easy. Then the hard part, sharing it with others.

Make the Call

Outside of self there are opportunities, while inside of self there are possibilities, yet without seeding and growing the inner possibilities, there are little opportunities available to you in the outside world.

To make the call inside, seeding a possibility of experience, creates a way to “see” the opportunities “out there”, then act on them if we choose to…

Effort

Effort is the grease of the world, and comes in many skins. It takes effort to make money, to have a family, create something new, and think positive thoughts, so in essence there is physical effort, mindful effort, and spiritual effort, probably more.
To grow into an adult, amazing amounts of physical, mindful, and spiritual effort must be expended, regardless of seen improvements towards those ends, yet eventually the investment towards adulthood pays off and becomes a reality…
Friendships, intimate relationships, businesses, and everything that I see has this effortless effort to stay alive. Effortless effort is the inexhaustible fuel that feeds our need to be alive, aware, and conscious of the world around us, and to be able to stay alive among it.
Effort, regardless of what kind, keeps the energy of life flowing through us…

Being verses Doing

The state of being while doing activities, dictates the exchange of energies of all included. Everyone can do things, yet who can be in a state of bliss and happiness through every exchange/interaction?

Be one with the light,
Do out of love,
Become what we will!

Preparation

To prepare for something to enter our life, we allow it through our barriers and blockades. To be prepared, is to experience, in some way, shape, or form…

The Cloak of Love

I have worn many skins, wrapping myself in cloaks of feeling and being, filters of reality. The only one I want to wear anymore is this cloak of love and respect I have found myself wearing. I have stumbled, striping myself of this cloak, and trading it for another, yet I am catching myself these days, reprogramming myself to return to love.
Constant effort to maintain this multicolored cloak of love, yet I be and do it happily and freely, for it is the only one I want to wear, always worth the effort, always worth “noticing”.
I hope I have enough strength to carry all this love I have found in my life, and carry it into the love I have yet to find, and build upon them throughout my life…
Chew on this, “Can we love life, as if we have never been hurt in life before?”

We have forgotten

Once again, we have forgotten how to fall in love with doing what needs done in the world. The ability to rise happily and freely each morning, grateful that through doing what needs to be done, with people that you love, knowing that life will unfold beautifully before your eyes, is one of the greatest gifts humans have been given.

It’s a good life, someone has got to live it, hehehe…

The boundaries of life

Any thought, feeling, action that pushes people away from us, is the barriers, walls, and boundaries that we erect to keep us from experiencing life through those we push away.
I call them our burrs. The self-inflicted burrs that cuts deep on both sides, hurting you and them. The ones that we are close to, our friends and family, help us pull out our burrs, lower our boundaries, and walk together into a future we want to see.
Our burrs keep us from flowing coherently.

Ghosting

Life is change, a grand adventure, an outrageous roller coaster, and we write the story as we go, live the stories still untold…
No matter how we look at life, change is always there, in every way shape and form imaginable. Why take change as a personal assault upon our being?
To live is to learn love, another constant of life, and it is easy to hurt ourselves through withholding our love from each other.
To be free, we must have choice, the choice to change. Otherwise we struggle against the inevitable changes, to no avail, and we revolt and hurt ourselves pushing for big changes in life, yet even if we succeed, it is to resist change once again…
Change happens, love happens, freedom happens, and life happens, I can not explain why, what, or how they do it, but they sure happen…
Loving people from a distance is an easy thing to do, yet to love people up close and personal adds new dynamics of choices in freedom, change, love and life, which is a touchy subject at best. When we withdraw our freedoms, our changes, our love because of life’s choices, we feel hurt and avoid those people, places, and things, until everything hurts us to perceive, other then the little bit of life’s comfort we are clutching onto like a lifeline.
I call this ghosting, for as the little hurts in life pile up and compound, we start to hurt being around those we love, and begin to love from a distance, becoming a living haunted ghost in life.
Why be so attached to taking life personally as it is happening and unfolding, when we can love our freedom of change in our lives, getting up close and personal with life’s adventures.

Saving our world

I think it is funny when I hear people say they want to save the world, without putting the effort in to save their personal world. We are our own problems, or we become our solutions in our personal reality, and if everyone in the world evolved into saving their personal reality, the world would become automatically be saved. The reason for this is that in order for me to save me, I have to strive to harmonize what is happening “In here” with what is happening “out there”, and build upon them in a better way…

Awareness is a funny thing

To be aware, is to notice what is happening inside of self, outside of self, and how they mix together to create the reality we feel, sense, see, and perceive.
Spend our time on what life is unfolding before us, while making some time to check in on everything else, literally. It is a balance that many have never known, and the ones who did it, had to live it, for it cannot be explained, only experienced.
Notice the experience of awareness contained within us all.

Willpower

If the individual’s strength of purpose outweighs the limits others present to that individual, then they will succeed in that purpose, given enough time and interactions.
The only thing that keeps us from getting what we want, is our willingness to integrate the steps we have to take towards those things, or rather our willingness to change our patterns and habits.
To be willing to change and take whatever steps are necessary is the preparation for experiencing what we will.

Curiosity

For me, to be curious is to “dare to hope, and act upon those hopes”. How do we know that our hopes are possible, unless we act upon them? If I have come to know anything about the infinite universe of me, it would be that I will be curious throughout my life. And because of that, my life will always be interesting and full of adventures…

False Expectations

I expect a whole lot of myself, and I build those expectations through my values. A big hold up in my past, was expecting others to have the same values, and it created false expectations of them to play out as a fantasy in my consciousness.
I say to that now, “can I pull the blinders any further over my eyes?”
All I can do is to expect to hold onto and explore my values, and it seems more fitting to expect you to do the same with yours, anything else is illusion.
All I have is me, I should not clutch what is not mine to have, yet through us all, as a whole, I can have any experience, and in the end I have me.

Components of Life

I have clutched too tightly to the “seen” components of my life, yet at this part of my evolution, I know we get what we need to be able to step to the next level in life, and this part can be confusing, for it stretches our known, we step past previous boundaries of thoughts, feelings, actions, and interactions. For life to bring newness into our lives, it gives us new, or “unseen” components to learn to use.
To ask life to evolve, we walk into the unknown, and because we don’t know what is happening, it is best to keep our wits about us, hope for the best, and keep our cloak of love on. Into the unknown we will roam, when we ask for change, it always comes.

Step up, wait some more, or backslide

We build the future through our combined choices in the present, and the people that will help us co-create a future moment we want to see, pop into our lives when we are ready to see the opportunity. Life doesn’t wait for anyone, so in this fluidly changing and seemingly chaotic existence, when we send out a desire, and the spontaneous future co-creators appear, step up to the task, pass it by and wait some more, or backslide in life out of the fear of change.
Someone always answers our summons of change, yet it is our task to be willing enough, free enough, and aware enough to jump through the window of possibilities turning to opportunities.

The choice of love

When people find the mastery of life, the path of heart, love and walking gracefully in the world, at first they say it is hard to live it, because they keep reacting to every feeling that they perceive in the world, most of which are not their own, and not what they want to feel. Once we find love, that is what we want, and that leads eventually to the path of heart, which leads to a choice, the choice to stop reacting and choose love, regardless of what is happening out there.
Once we have seen what becomes of those choices of love, it is almost like there is no more choice, because you wouldn’t have it any other way, and keep choosing it to be…

Speaking to the sub-conscious

Our subconscious is a touchy subject, “to believe, or not to believe”, a debate not yet settled in the modern world. Experience is the key factor, for to experience the subconscious, consciously, is to know, therefore no longer needing to believe.
To me, belief is a crutch, for if I know, then I don’t have to believe anything, I just know, and knowingness comes from experience. So how do we experience the soft touch of our subconscious?
Feelings…
When dreaming, what is important, the signs, oddness, and storyline? Or the feeling of meaning that they portray?
The first reaction when someone glances at you, before their consciousness computes that you are there, shows a glimpse of their subconscious feelings for you.
Sit down close your eyes, check in on how your energy feels, then think of someone, something, someplace, and notice the change of energy flowing through you.
Sometimes when I check how my energy flows through one of my subconscious connections in life, it feels like a floodgate has opened within me, my core temperature goes up or down, and I feel tremendous amounts of energy flowing, which I equate now to very strong emotional attachments, like feeling that you can’t live without them, or that you should hurt them, or moments of flowing the healing energy as if nothing else mattered in the world, at those moments.
As I practice and experience understanding the subconscious, I see the underlining factor of interactions, sharing a feeling with meaning, which for the lucky among us that feeling is love. And the infinite feelings of love, wears many faces, the ones that surprise us, are the best roller coasters.

There are those who talk about love, those who make you feel loved, and I believe in you to know the difference.

The chain of time

Our subconscious is our mystical side that puts simple natural magic to work, every day, for everyone, whether you care to believe it or not. It is in constant motion, recording our life in memories of the past, and it never stops recording, for every moment will pass into the past. It also feeds us clues about the future, which has the tendency to “know what will happen if you keep walking in that direction”, but is more like a feeling.
Well question the feeling, for feelings relate to experiences, so go out and have experiences, so that you can relate to the feelings. Have we noticed, that memories of the past invoke feeling within us? So the past/present/future and subconscious are saturated in feelings, and in constant motion. Hmm sounds almost like consciousness, but not quite. Consciousness has direction and is in constant motion, yet contains no feeling, no emotion. Yet everywhere it looks, feeling appear out of thin air.
So what is more important, the direction, or feelings in life? Ooh that’s right, every direction is saturated in feeling, hmmm.
So if we notice what we feel at this moment, and direct our consciousness anywhere from the normal feeling of this moment, it brings a different feeling. Curious.
So here I am, writing this at this moment, and I stop to notice how I feel, ahhh blissin out to live in this awesome world, ahhh choosing to wear my cloak of love…
Then I think of my past, and I still feel the love that brought me to this moment, yet there is also a distorted love in the feeling. Then I think about my future, and I get a similar feeling, with a lot more hope. Not much current hope for my past, and infinite hope for the future. So through my filter of reality at this moment, my cloak of love, I ask questions of the future and notice the level of hope in the feeling.

Is the world going to end? Wow what a trip, must be a no, my hope went flat.

Are we, all of us, going to find love eventually? Yep hope went sky high.

Can I handle everything life throws my way? There is hope for me yet, must be a journey.

If I was wearing my cloak of ignorance, or darkness, or ghosting, or any other, the answers would have had different feelings entwined in the hope, making them difficult to understand, saturated in confusion, wow can feel the confusion setting in with this moment’s feeling, must return to my normal filter, ahhh love feels so wonderful.
The chain of time is clearly seen by those who live in love, as long as we are specific about details, as for the rest, ooh well, eventually they will figure it out.
As for the rest of this story, if you choose to, it will be seen. Visualize a story of a future riding the feel good and hopeful feeling, then act on it, if you choose it to be. The only constant feeling I get from humans is that we all “want” to build the life we want to live, and our happiness or despair relates to our action towards that ends… hmmm interesting, the unseen can be felt and through feeling the unseen, it can be perceived…

Sifting through the feelings

For all of history, holy peoples have talked of spirits that influenced people and their lives, for better or worse, I have come to understand that they are talking about energies, and energies of influence are feelings, so the words spirits, energies, and feelings can almost be used interchangeably.
To be sick is to have a stressed spirit, surrounded by stressed energies, and stressed feelings.
To be happy and comfortable is to have a relaxed spirit, surrounded by relaxed energies, and relaxed feelings.
I could go on, but enough said…

Steady stream of love

Throughout history peoples have understood that everything is connected, somehow… Now we are starting to truly understand this connection consciously.
To live is to go out and interact with the world.
To love is to go inside of self, and make peace with the outer world, from the inside out. Or rather closing our emotional floodgates, for those inner turmoils are what drain us more then the outside interactions. When a negative emotional floodgate is open within us, it acts like an energy black hole.
For example, notice how you feel, at this normal moment, then think of someone who you are angry at, now how do you feel? Dwell in it for a moment or two. Then dwell in the love you have for someone you love with all your heart.
The feelings are constantly flowing through us, never ending, whether it is the floodgates of emotional attachment, or the steady stream of love and hope.
Let us imagine someone who has 10 emotional floodgates open through anger and hurt, causing 10 energy black holes within them. The shear amount of intense passionately raging energy flowing through those gates is enough to cripple anyone energetically, regardless of how much energy is given to them, they just leak it out through the black holes.
To consciously check in on how our subconscious energy flows, is to be able to choose to make peace within ourselves, close our floodgates that drain us, and return to the steady stream of love and respect, which if we did that with everything within us, we would always be overflowing in energy, a beacon of light in the surrounding darkness, a shinning star in the night sky, void of black holes we fill others with the love of life.

Fulfilling the needs, details, and desires of life

Those who look at the small picture of what is directly in front of them, pay amazing attention to details, while those who look at the big picture of the state of the world, can not perceive all the details, for there are too many to think about, a chaotic storm of needs and wants, swirling and blending together.
Yet to notice as many details, needs, and desires as we possibly can pay attention too, and ask ourselves “what can I do at this moment, gracefully and with love” brings the big picture down to a workable size, to see what can be done at every moment with efficiency and clarity.

Speak the unspeakable

There are many thoughts, feelings, and influences that each of us have, that are very hard to speak about, whether it makes ourselves, or others to look deep within, to “see” the pain of limitations within each of us. From what I have seen, only those bound by love in the world, have a willingness to “see and touch” others pain without freaking out, and a willingness to understand why it is there, while hoping that it can be resolved.
No one has to agree with the unspeakables that are spoken, yet action is taken through speaking ones pains in hopes of resolution.
I love my resolution to hope for my life, rather then worry over my life…

The death grip of stress

I have never seen anything kill our bodies, minds, and spirits faster then stress. Almost everyone I have known, feels the noose of stress slipping over their heads every now and then, anxious that life will attempt to hang them in it’s unfortunate circumstances once again.
Sane decisions do not happen while under the crunch of stress, other then the decision of dropping the stress. More people have messed up their, and others lives over stress then poverty, drugs, or any other problem in the world, and this is not just a problem with the world, it is a problem with the peoples of earth, that create problems in the world through decisions made under stress.
Sane decisions come from choices that love life, lift our spirits, and inspire our minds…

Repeating and repetition

In school, teachers have students repeat their lessons to integrate and ingrain those lessons into their lives, using repetition as a useful preparation for the next progressive lesson.
Now look back upon our history, for we all have personal, national, and global life lessons we are doomed to repeat, before we can get on to the next step in life’s progressive lessons, and the choices that we make, define our lives, and humanity as a whole. Where we go from here, is up to all of us to decide and act upon, our inactions speak to me as loudly as our actions, about who we are as people.

Manifestation

To prepare is to experience, so when adding something new to our lives, it is best to prepare for it, integrate its existence into our own. The effort we spend through “knowing” it is on its way into our life, is what brings it to us, be specific to avoid pressing the random button, hahaha…
Detach from expected outcomes, manifestations usually come through what feels good, right, and true, not the logical plan, yet act upon what we logically can until the miracles appear.

All that we are

The only thing we can truly possess in the world is “all that we are” at every moment in our lives. There is more depth to that statement then I care to write about, so, simply, if “all that we have” is “all that we are”, should we strive to be “all that we want to be” at every moment we possibly can?

Intuition

Intuition is amazingly interactive, permeating all that we are. Our bodies, our minds, our spirit, where would they be without intuition?
We “feel and know” when we need to eat, it screams through every pore of our body if we take it far enough.
Why do we resist feeding our emotional stability and lifting our spirits, or challenging our mental capacities and inspiring our minds to reach new heights, until they are screaming so loud, we can hear nothing else?
Does it seem like we are feeding and satisfying people deeper then our bodies’ awareness?
All I know, is that I strive to satisfy people like the desire to have a wonderful home cooked meal, in other aspects of life experiences.
Our intuition is our guide and bridge that connects the world of body, mind, and spirit, and allows our consciousness to feed the needs between them. Thankfully our consciousness has a lifetime, fulltime, 24/7 assistant that is always working for us, our subconscious helper.
Our subconscious is like a high tech recording device that has 3 settings; new channel, random, or play out previous life lessons not learned all over again…
It is manifesting what will become, so pay attention to the details, needs, desires, and hopes that will bring about a better future then our past.
I believe in you, to be what you want to do…

Evolution

We evolve through the experiences we have, in more ways then I know how to express.
Can we be as open and observant as a baby? Can we be as willing as a child?
Can we be as adventurous as a teenager? Can we be as wise as our elders?
Can we be as loving as our family? Can we be as understanding as a friend?
Can we provide and care as parents do? Can we thrive among change, as life does?
Can we be a shelter in the storm of life? Can we be a lighthouse, guiding others to safety?

I could go on, yet as a parting, I will say this, how many things can we be at this moment? I am guessing all of those and many more, if you choose it to be.
Personal evolution is an investment that only you can choose to participate in.

Importance of Skill, for Empaths Who Heal

Greetings, Tribe!

I'm new to Healing LIght. Am just getting ready to return home after a book tour in Massachusetts at Circles of Wisdom, in Andover. Isn't it amazing how many miracles take place in those storefront bookshops, with the crystals and cards and other toys. Then, in the back rooms, clients come for the real healing work. Have any of you Tribesters done sessions in places like this?

Anyway, you know how just after a trip sometimes a theme emerges. Here it is definitely the importance for all healers, if they are empaths, to learn how to develop skills in that way. Many of the students and clients I worked with are empaths, which I define this way:

You have at least one significant, trainable gift for directly experiencing what it is like to be other people.

Unskilled empaths suffer, because they take on the pain of other people.

Here in Massachusetts, I had many clients/students who are trained as healers; many even professionals (anesthesiologist, med. school student, Reiki masters galore, animal communicators, and more). So many, working with healing light, have learned skills and personal protections related to that skill, but they never even have recognized their empathic gift, or gifts. Other people's pain has crept in, as if through the back door, left unlocked.

What is YOUR experience with this? Are you a born empath, as well as a trained healer? How do you incorporate what you learn as an empath with the rest of your skill sets? Has it been a problem for you, taking on pain, despite all the precautions you've taken?

Allow yourSELF to let go...there is nothing to fear...You already know!!! Jump into life. LIVE....EXPERIENCE...ENJOY... LOVE!!...BE!!! There is nothing wrong with looking into the future to help make wiser choices, it's fine to use past experiences to raise your standards, however....holding onto either only takes away from your life and you miss BEing in the moment.

There is no place better to be than in this moment for that is where you will regain, reapply, relearn, reprogram, realize...ah..reawaken what is within you. Everything comes from within, center, core.It is You that affects yourself and everyone else.

Choose the things that you like about you and strive to improve upon those...and allow yourself to release and Heal the things you don't. The past are memories of comparisons of what you will and will not do or be, which therefore become what you will Do and Be in the future.

gossip, slander, and lightworkers

Gossip, slander, being a Lightworker…an oxymoron or so one would suppose.

Recently I had several things that were allegedly said by me, but in truth never were said. They were the product of nothing but ugly gossip.

For myself when someone approaches me with an alleged wrong or slur someone said, I always tell them that unless I hear it directly from the person themselves, I refuse to acknowledge the information.

As Lightworkers I think it's important that we do not give place to the insanity of ugly gossip, or he said, she said. I think we not only have to take the stance that such gossip is inappropriate; it is unworthy of a person who calls themselves a Lightworker. It is our duty to stop such talk right in its tracks, and let the person know who is giving the information that such talk is unwelcome and harmful. One also has to question the motive of someone who is willing to spread slander and slurs with malicious glee. What positive outcome could there be if one person managed to allow their tongue to stray against another, and those words were subsequently conveyed to them? How could there be any good, any light, any healing from such an action? Such actions are at best treacherous. They betray a simple trust. The tongue becomes a weapon of destruction rather than an instrument of peace.

The person who is the victim of such gossip is then put in a completely untenable position. They could try to deny the allegations, but such denial simply adds fuel to the fire. They can take the moral high ground and refuse to address the allegations, but then they are often left with the loss of the friends or acquaintances involved in the situation. There is no happy resolution to such a situation.

As Lightworkers we either are going to channel light, healing, wellness, and wholeness, or we will not. The power of this is in our words and intentions. There is simply no room to be a Lightworker and allow this into our lives. The minute we do we have lost the right to call ourselves Lightworkers. We must eschew any form of gossip, evil speech. No matter what we think has been said, we must always believe the best, pray for those who have wronged us, and continue in the path of Light. To do anything less is to bring shame to the name of a Lightworker.

Central American Toltec Shaman Koyote is temporarily opening the doors to some ancient knowledge. The present manifestation is in the form of Aka Dua healing courses, workshops and transmissions.

Then there's that saying about the teacher appearing when the student is ready.
This class is geared at already knowledgeable healers. Mature and disciplined. But it is not closed to anyone with the will to learn the proper and required discipline.
Koyote...the shaman. He is not just a man. He is not a god nor an angel. He is not a demon nor a vampire. He's just...some guy.

Human Holography

Holographic living has been a recent repeating concept in my meditations. I’ve been exploring what it means to live holographically. What I’ve gathered is just a fraction of the information yet to come. Nevertheless, here is where I start.

Remember those 3-D Magic Eye books you spent hours looking at when you were younger? Remember that sometimes it revealed itself in seconds, and other times you couldn’t see it no matter how long you looked. This concept sparked a pivotal question for me—am I functioning with holographic information? And more importantly, am I being holographic? Let me back up one second and say that even though I was the one asking the questions, I didn’t necessarily understand the questions I was asking. Often I don’t until I get the answer; and sometimes not even then. But that has no bearing on my ability to integrate the information and evolve.

My first meditation on holography (did I make that term up? Maybe.) was quite revealing to me. I set my intention to work on healing some root chakra pictures. I used my version of AP to access information at Mary’s Garden—a wonderfully nurturing place if you’ve never been there. Once there, Mary led me by the hand to sit next to a waterfall. There she gave me a handful of dirt and told me to hold some earth while my root opened to heal. I could feel layers of pictures fading away as patterns around my relationships illuminated, then disappeared. Next, she handed me a crystal ball. This crystal ball was actually one I’d been playing with the week prior. It was not clear, but full of crystalline architecture that appeared in different formations depending on how it was positioned to reflect the light. I held this ball, and Mary said, “Do you see how the insides, although full of depth and myriad formations, only reveal that which is reflective? At each turn you see a different snapshot of what’s inside, but never do you get to experience the full depth. This is how you live; this is how most people live—reflecting only snapshots of themselves in the different situations that make up their lives.” I understood this very well. I’ve spent a lifetime compartmentalizing and rationing pieces of myself that fit this situation or that. Mary then went on to say, “In order to live holographically you must learn how to dance between the spaces of action and reaction. Then you will bring all of your depth to the moment.”

Here’s the dichotomy I’ve often faced in enigmatic situations like these; do I try to congnitively make sense of her words and label them, or do I just let them go and potentially miss the learning? I’ve realized lately that to run them through my cognitive realm is to dampen the learning, and sometimes actually prevent it. In this case, I set my intention to “integrate” and bypass the label piece. I came out of the meditation sure I had learned something magical about how to embrace my human holography, but unsure of what that would look like. It was the next day that I received my validation.

I was driving with my daughter who was quite upset and crying. I felt myself reflecting her cries back at her. I understand the concept of yielding, but I was unable to put it into practice in the moment. Then I heard Mary’s voice remind me to dance in the spaces of action and reaction. In that moment I became all of my depth so that her cries were no longer interacting with “Mommy”, but also with the many other facets of me. Her cries had the opportunity to experience my wholeness, and she instantly stopped. There was no conscious map I followed, no prescribed technique. I just went with the knowledge that my meditation prepared me with abilities I didn’t have before. I am eager to bring my holography into more of my life, and curious to see how it impacts my world. This journey has just begun for me, but is tapping information I’ve gathered and stored for eternity. God, I love those dichotomies!

The Looking Glass

My life has been rich with lessons of grace and pain, reflections of beauty and ugliness, and milestone events that have shaped, and have yet to shape my journey. As I evolve in my ability to move through life with neutrality, I am able to recognize the milestones with clarity, and watch the cosmic puzzle pieces slide together to form the most amazing excerpts of a picture yet to be revealed. Just recently one such milestone locked its image into place.

I’ve had a re-occurring dream from the age of 3 – 10. This dream was and is one of the most vivid experiences I can recall, complete with all physical and emotional sensations. The dream always ended at the same point, and has perplexed me my entire life. What was its significance, and why can I relive it at a moment’s notice?

In a recent astral travel I stepped into the last scene of my long ago dream, and the remainder played out before me. I was overwhelmed by the magic of pulling back the curtain and seeing what was behind it the entire time. The dream opened my heart and filled it with unconditional love, all the while my daughter’s face acting as the conduit for the message.
I’ve stepped out of that experience with answers to lifelong questions, and the culmination of a lifelong quest.

Neutrality has blessed me with the ability to walk into the unknown spaces without expectation, and given me new eyes to see all that is before me. Each moment reveals a looking glass that is, was, and always shall be there to speak its truth to each of us.

Thoughts on learning from the Astral

This is a rich subject about which I can only share my truth. Trust your own information on this topic and take from this only what serves you. It’s been a life-long journey of mine to visit the astral and experience all the magical and otherworldly treasures is has to offer. At a certain point that enticing space began to present the question, “So now you know how to get here, what are you taking back with you?” I did not know.
What are my lessons? And how does this information integrate into my bodyworld? Ultimately that is my highest purpose on this planet—to evolve as a being in this body until the end, when my body is no more.
When I began to cognitively evaluate the astral information I was gleening, I became frustrated, stuck, and needing answers. This overlayed an atmosphere of expectation around my astral journeys and my intuitive information gathering. It is difficult to be open to all that’s before me when I’m in a picture of expectation. In those moments I am only able to see that which I expect. This begged the question, “How much do I miss this way?”
Where I’ve landed at present is that to analyze my higher knowledge information is to try to sift it through a strainer that’s too small—it only allows the smallest of insights to seep through. A technique that has helped me immensely is to say an affirmation or set an intention before and after my astral journeys that goes something like this: “I am collecting valuable information for my highest good. It integrates in my body, mind and soul without effort or analyzation. I evolve towards my highest good with ease and grace.”
I’ve found recently that I do not need to label and cognitively understand a lesson in order to learn and grow from it. Often, I don’t even know I’ve integrated it until I find myself acting differently, or no longer re-acting the same way. . .in other words, being differently. I sometimes even start my journeys with a lesson I’d like to learn in mind. For instance, I may say I’d like to learn about unconditional love. Then I’ll go into my meditation and on to the astral or into my intuitive information. When I’m done I speak my affirmation and simply allow myself to notice how I “am” in life. Sometimes the difference is immediate, and at other times it’s gradual. But as long as I stay open to integration and outside of expectation, I am presented with unlimited lessons, teachers and healings.
Choose and affirmation for yourself that rings true, or use the one I’ve presented. Either way, take comfort in the knowledge that the lessons don’t have to be learned through analysis, pain and punishment, but can be imbued and digested with ease and grace.
